Taking Pride

Surrey and Sussex Probation Trust was represented at Pride - Brighton and Hove's annual festival promoting equality and diversity and efforts to eliminate discrimination against the lesbian, gay and transgender community - this weekend.
Staff manned a stall at Preston Park, where thousands of revellers descended following the Pride carnival parade.
Rob Hustwayte, trust Communications Manager (pictured with Pride attendees), said: "The rain threatened early in the day but fortunately it brightened up and we were inundated with interest from festival-goers.
"It was great to be invoved in such a fantastic occasion and we took the opportunity to speak to lots of people whon previously had little or no knowledge about what probation is and what we do."
